  • Knowledge of OEM repair procedures.
  • Experience with plastic repair, metalwork, and refinishing.

Key Responsibilities:

•Perform high-quality repairs on vehicles, including structural, frame, and cosmetic repairs.

•Conduct disassembly and reassembly of vehicles to ensure proper fit and finish.

•Work with a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and aluminum.

•Utilize welding, straightening, and refinishing techniques.

•Diagnose and repair damage using manufacturer repair procedures.

•Operate industry-standard tools and equipment, ensuring safety and precision.

•Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other team members to meet repair deadlines.

•Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

3+ years of experiencein collision repair/bodywork.

Knowledge ofOEM repair proceduresand industry best practices.

Ability to useframe straightening machines, MIG/TIG welders, and other body repair tools.

Experience withplastic repair, metalwork, and refinishing.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

I-CAR certification ispreferredbut not required.
