What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications to encourage customer payments and resolve outstanding account balances
- Document all account activities, including customer interactions and demographic changes
- Utilize skip tracing tools to establish contact with customers for payment arrangements
- Monitor customer accounts to minimize losses and take appropriate actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and applicable laws
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of collections experience
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local collection laws and regulations
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and active listening abilities

- Proficient in using Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Experience in a customer service-oriented role
