eTEK Precision | Machining Specialist | Providing Cost Saving Solutions | Manufacturing Quality Products On-Time

eTEK Precision Manufacturing located in Cedarburg is looking for Experienced CNC Swiss Machinists for setting up and running our Citizen swiss machines. ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR Registered. Very Clean and Air Conditioned Shop. All new/late-model equipment. Growing company.

CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow Set up sheets or develop fist time setups, load programs, install tools, make changes/adjustments to programs, prove out new programs, etc.
  • Programming/edit knowledge.
  • Load bar-stock.
  • Make offset changes as necessary.
  • First article inspections and in process/
  • A High Level of Quality and Attention to Detail is a Must.
  • Must understand G-Code.
  • Knowledge of speeds and feeds for cutting tools.
  • Run secondary machines or auxiliary operations when applicable.
  • This position requires machinist to run, oversee, be responsible for multiple machines.
  • Use a variety of precision instruments to set-up and inspect work. Complete all required documentation accurately
  • Strong math skills and blueprint reading.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to be able to be on feet for entire shift. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to complete all tasks required in essential duties.

Shift Positions Available:

First Shift - Monday Through Friday

Second Shift Monday Through Thursday 4x10

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
