Qualifications

• CNC machine operation training or certification.
• 5+ years hands-on CNC experience including setup.
• 5+ years CNC programming with ISO codes.
• 2+ years experience using GD&T.
• 2+ years using standard inspection tools.
• Ability to train and coach others and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and machines tooling for making horseshoes per SOP and safety rules.
• Operates at least two CNC machines simultaneously.
• Prepares and processes raw materials for horseshoe manufacturing.
• Performs setup and operation of Wire EDM and other equipment as needed.
• Generates documents/reports using ERP software.
• Conducts quality checks using GD&T tools.
• Cross-trains other machinists and suggests process improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
