The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC experience, is proficient with G-Code and blueprint interpretation, and can succeed in full-cycle machining with minimal supervision. This full-time position offers weekly pay and benefits, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong experience with full-cycle machining (setup to completion).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in G-Code programming and editing.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and tool CNC machines (lathes and/or mills) based on job requirements.
• Read, create, and modify G-Code programs (no conversational programming).
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining sequence.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform in-process and final dimensional inspections.
• Troubleshoot machining or assembly issues with team members.
• Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues.
