We seek experienced CNC Swiss Machinists who are results-oriented, independent, and team-driven. Immediate openings are available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop machining processes based on blueprints.
• Read and interpret CNC programs.
• Assist CNC operators with setups and troubleshooting.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and perseverance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of machining principles.
• Experience operating CNC machines.
• Experience setting up CNC machines.
• Experience with job layouts.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay progression based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K with 50% match, tuition reimbursement, and work shoe reimbursement.

Work Schedule

Primarily a 1st shift position: 7 am - 4 pm. Shifts may vary across three shifts.
