Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Bank reconciliations for assigned clients.
• Payroll journal entries and month-end reconciliations.
• Payroll tax and sales tax filings, 1099s and property tax returns.
• Depreciation and amortization schedules.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online or Foundation.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned clients’ accounting needs and deliverables.
• Manage accounting and bookkeeping activities for assigned clients.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and supporting schedules and reconciliations.
• Produce timely and accurate financial information and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with team to address client needs and resolve issues.
• Meet or exceed established deadlines.
