Job summary

21st Century Personnel seeks an experienced Experienced Class A CDL Driver for a dedicated reefer account. The running area covers Central Florida and parts of GA/SC. Drivers must be 21+ with a Florida CDL-A and at least 1 year of solo Class A experience, with a good MVR and background.

Night shifts (approx. 2100–0900) are common, with 34‑hour restarts and 10‑hour breaks. Home on mid‑week nights is possible, with live unloads at each stop and layovers every other day.

• Recent 10-year stable job history with good MVR and background.
• Ability to drive at night; shifts typically 2100–0900.
• Home nightly possibility for 2 days off mid‑week.

Running area: Central FL and parts of GA/SC

Drivers must be 21 years old and have a valid FL Class A CDL license with 1 full year of solo class A tractor trailer driving experience.

Must have a recent 10 year stable job history with little to no unemployment, as well as a good MVR and background. We cannot take SAP drivers.

Drivers must be able to drive at night. Mostly 2100 – 0900.

10 hour breaks and 34 hour restarts. Late afternoon start times 1500 – 2000. Start times are flexible.

Home nightly possibility for 2 days off mid‑week.

Drivers will have live unloads each stop. Expect layovers every other day.

Pay: Per load flat rate + pay of each stop plus .11 cents a mile. This $1,200 – $1,300 average per week. Drivers are also paid a weekly Performance bonus, as well as an additional $10 per stop.

1,600 – 2,400 MPW

Non smoking drivers will slip seat with other non-smoking drivers only. All drivers are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean workspace on the inside of their trucks.
