Job summary

Transporting Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Regional Reefer Driver based in Cocoa, FL to run a consistent regional grocery route across Central Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, with home time every second day. Expect overnight starts (1500–2000) and 34-hour restarts, with live unloads at each stop.

Earn weekly pay of $1,190–$1,310 with a mix of load pay, $0.11 CPM, and $10 per stop. Benefits include health and dental after 30 days, paid vacation accrual, and on-site terminal support.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DOT pre-employment screen (urine test and hair follicle).
• 1 year of experience preferred for solo status, or 6+ months of OTR in the past year, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.

CDL-A Regional Reefer Driver – Cocoa, FL (Frequent Home Time)

Tired of living out of a sleeper berth on endless OTR stretches? Step into a consistent regional reefer route running out of Cocoa, FL, servicing grocery deliveries across Central Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina while getting back home every second day.

The Pay & Schedule:

• Take home a solid weekly average of $1,190 to $1,310.
• Earn via a pay formula combining flat rates per load, $0.11 CPM, and $10 per stop.
• Get home every other day with full 34-hour restarts.
• Late afternoon or evening start times (1500–2000) running primarily overnight (2100–0900), with weekend and holiday availability required.

The Work & Equipment:

• Cover 1,600 to 2,400 miles weekly hauling dedicated, temperature-controlled grocery freight with live unloads at every stop.
• Work within a mandatory slip-seat tractor rotation using modern equipment.

What We Require:

• Flexible experience profiles accepted: 1 full year of experience for solo status, or entry-level trainees with 120+ school hours, 6+ months of OTR in the past year, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Must pass a standard DOT pre-employment screening, including both a urine test and a hair follicle test.
