Job Location: Irwin, PA

We are a growing interior and exterior door manufacturer serving customers across the seven states surrounding the Tri‑State region, and we're looking for professional CDL drivers who value safety, accuracy, and reliability.

Applicants seeking short‑term or temporary work may not find this position a fit.

🔹 What You'll Do

• Deliver interior and exterior doors to dealers and retail locations across our regional service area
• Make multiple stops per route and assist by moving product safely to the tailgate for customer offload
• Secure loads properly between stops to prevent damage and ensure safe transport
• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery verification while abiding by all FMCSA safety requirements
• Adapt to additional tasks as needed to support operations

🔹 Training & Onboarding

• Initial training on the shipping dock
• Learn company procedures, safety expectations, and loading techniques
• Understand product handling to prevent damage and improve delivery efficiency
• Transition to driving once fully prepared for success

🔹 Schedule & Travel

• Primarily day runs
• 1‑2 overnight trips per week may be required
• Company‑paid and arranged hotel accommodations
• Per diem provided for overnight travel
