Job summary

Landers Auto Sales Inc seeks experienced Certified Diesel Technicians to join our high-volume shop. We offer a fast-paced, productive atmosphere with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities to earn with OEM certifications.

Responsibilities include performing repair orders, test-driving vehicles, diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, and communicating with the Service Advisor about additional work and timelines. Background checks and credentials are required.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to verify repairs.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about needed additional services and timelines.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

We are seeking experienced Certified Diesel Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share. OEM certifications are encouraged!

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
