SYNERGY HomeCare in Florida is seeking an experienced CNA to deliver compassionate, person-centered in-home care to clients in their own homes.

As a member of our team you will provide personal care, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, remind about medications, and offer companionship while staying reliable, punctual and communicative with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Level II Background Check required.
• Negative TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication with clients, families and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as needed.
