Job summary

Spinnaker Oilfield Services seeks a field supervisor to oversee day-to-day service operations (Cementing & Acid/Pumpdown) in the designated district. You will supervise two or more employees, champion HSE&T, coordinate rigging up and running of equipment, and ensure safety and adherence to company policies at the rig site.

As liaison to the customer representative, you will mobilize tools, inspect equipment, and mentor crews in safe practices and proper maintenance.

Qualifications

• Champions HSE&T program across all work performed.
• Coordinates and supervises rigging up and running of equipment safely.
• Oversees implementation of company policies and maintenance of rig equipment.
• Ensures safety of the crew at the rig site.
• Plans mobilization of tools and coordinates inspections and reporting.
• Acts as liaison between the company and customer representative.
• Instructs crews in safe working practices and equipment care.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel, including general labor.
• Performs safety sensitive functions as defined in CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.

• Coordinates and supervises the rigging up and running of applicable equipment on the rig, safely and efficiently.
• Coordinates and supervises implementation of company policies, procedures and maintenance of equipment on the rig.
• Coordinates and supervises the safety of the crew at the rig site.
• Coordinates and supervises preparation and mobilization of tools.
• Coordinates and supervises periodic tool inspections and filing of all pertinent reports.
• Acts as liaison between the company and the customer representative.
• Instructs the crews in safe working practices, proper operations, care and maintenance of equipment.
• Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
• This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
