Role Description

We are seeking a licensed CDL A Truck Driver for a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Chicago Area. Responsibilities include safely operating and maintaining commercial vehicles, transporting goods efficiently, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of deliveries, communicate effectively with dispatch teams, and ensure all freight is handled according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Familiarity with federal and state transportation regulations
• Ability to operate and maintain commercial vehicles, including completing inspections and addressing any required maintenance
• Previous experience in long-haul or local trucking is preferred
• Commitment to safety and customer service excellence
• Physical capability to handle freight loading/unloading when required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ Years of Experience as a CDL Class A Driver
• Experience with Open Deck, Step Deck, and Conestoga is a plus.
