Responsibilities
- Conduct work safely, adhering to all safety, environmental and contamination control policies, procedures and regulations; wear proper personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a minimum set of tools required for job performance to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Attend and successfully complete required technician training classes.
- Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
- Work in the assigned area in a neat and orderly fashion, constantly looking for ways to improve work methods, work area and safety standards.
- Research repair needs and order parts as needed; complete required documentation using appropriate software to document repairs performed and account for repair times.
- Approach work positively and maintain conduct supportive of the work team; contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks on time while maintaining safety and quality expectations.
- Assist with maintaining proper facility appearance and shop conditions following contamination control guidelines, including housekeeping and performing other general maintenance duties.

Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech III.
Not Required But Highly Desired Criteria
- Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant dealer software programs.
Updating of Knowledge
