Mighty Roots is a small design-build and cabinetry company with a focus on quality construction and energy efficiency. We are in search of experienced carpenters and motivated creative thinkers that are passionate about carpentry and building science. The ability to work well with others is essential. Challenging, interesting work runs from new home construction to large additions and whole-house renovations. We sub out most of our drywall, flooring, roofing, painting, and licensed trades, so carpentry skills and knowledge of renovation and new home build work is critical. Good framing and finish carpentry skills are important. We provide power tools and a generous annual carpenter tool allowance.

Our design/build and cabinetry company is busy year-round with a substantial backlog that is committed to energy efficiency and fine craft. Our coverage area is typically the seacoast, NH and southeast ME regions. We work hard and find the time to enjoy company outings that include golfing, boating etc.
