Kitchen Tune-Up is hiring a Kitchen Carpenter Remodeler (Full Time) in Wisconsin. The role focuses on delivering quality cabinet and remodeling work with a strong emphasis on learning and advancement. You will be trained, supported with tools and company vehicles, and encouraged to grow with the team.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $30.00 per hour, with no weekend work and regular home time. Candidates should be reliable, detail‑oriented, and ready to interact professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to job sites in Northeastern/Central Wisconsin area.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on site in logo’d shirt and proper work clothes.
• Follow project manager instructions in a safe, timely, quality manner.
• Adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints on every job.
• Keep work area clean and tidy; clean daily.
• Communicate progress to the project manager daily.
• Work quickly and efficiently.

Kitchen Carpetner Remodeler (Full Time)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrive to jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions given by project manager in a time-efficient, safe, and quality manner
• Follow Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints on every job
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently

Skills

• A stellar work ethic and a willingness to learn!
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work in the Northeastern and Central Wisconsin area and surrounding communities; Driving to job sites from work arrival is paid
• Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level

• Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Additional Skills (preferred But Not Required). Training Is Provided.

• Prior cabinet experience a plus
• Prior experience in cutting moldings
• Able to install crown molding
• Able to drill for hinges
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
