Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a motivated Carpenter Remodeler to join our Stevens Point/Wisconsin region team. We train you, provide quality tools and a company vehicle, and offer an advancement track to boost pay as you learn.

No weekend work and regular hours help you balance family time. You will arrive on site in a logo’d shirt, follow trustpoints, and maintain a clean, safe work area while traveling across Northeastern and Central Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Hard worker willing to learn and produce quality work.
• Possess valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to job sites in Northeastern/Central Wisconsin.
• Excellent customer interaction skills.
• Past carpentry or woodworking experience preferred.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow instructions given by project manager in a time-efficient, safe, and quality manner
• Follow Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints on every job
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently

Skills

• A stellar work ethic and a willingness to learn!
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work in the Northeastern and Central Wisconsin area and surrounding communities; Driving to job sites from work arrival is paid
• Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
• Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Additional Skills (preferred But Not Required). Training Is Provided.

• Prior cabinet experience a plus
• Prior experience in cutting moldings
• Able to install crown molding
• Able to drill for hinges
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
