Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in residential construction or remodeling.
• Experience on custom homes or high-end remodeling.
• Strong finish and general carpentry skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Knowledge of residential building methods and codes.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Have professional carpentry tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled carpentry across all phases of residential remodeling.
• Read construction drawings, specs, and project plans.
• Complete framing, finish carpentry, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and millwork.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trade partners.
• Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and jobsite safety.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and respectful of clients' homes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and the project team.
• Identify field challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Track materials, document project progress, and maintain daily jobsite records.
• Mentor less experienced carpenters when needed.

What You'll Do As an Experienced Carpenter you'll play a key role in delivering residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities Include

• Perform skilled carpentry throughout all phases of residential remodeling
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans

• Knowledge of residential building methods and building codes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional carpentry tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
