Schwieters Companies, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team focused on high-quality interior finishes for single family and multifamily projects in the South Metro area.

We value 3-4+ years of finish carpentry, cabinet and stair rail installation experience, a reliable work history, and a valid driver's license. We offer competitive hourly pay, weekly payroll, and strong benefits including company-paid health insurance and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of finish carpentry experience in single family and/or multifamily new construction required.
• Proven experience independently installing kitchen cabinets and stair rail systems.
• Strong work history and reliability.
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete all the interior finishing for both single family and multifamily new construction projects.
• Install: Cabinets & vanities; Stair rails systems; Base, casing, shoe, and crown moulding; Doors and hardware; Window sills and trim.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experienced Finish Carpenter

Location: South Metro/Farmington/Lakeville Areas

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $25–$40/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40–50 hours/week, starting at 6am
