Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Texas is seeking Experienced Caregivers/DSWs & CNAs to join our team. You will provide compassionate in-home care to seniors, handling light housekeeping, transportation, and personal care tasks as needed.

We offer flexible schedules, ongoing training (in-house and online), and recognition programs. A valid driver's license and background check are required to begin work, with opportunities for full-time or part-time shifts.

• Valid driver's license and own transportation is required
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Must be able to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, and companionship
• Deliver more integral personal care as needed, including assistance with daily activities
• Coordinate shifts and communicate with clients and families to ensure personalized care

They also may work a variety of shifts, over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

Additional requirements include:

• Valid driver's license and own transportation; proof of current auto insurance
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Must be able to pass background check
