TheKey is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support for aging seniors in Texas. This role involves assisting clients with personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation, while promoting their emotional and social well-being. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of professional caregiving experience and must be at least 18 years old. The position offers flexible schedules, competitive pay starting at $15.50-$17.00 per hour, and various benefits including medical, dental, and paid training.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, transfers, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (excludes family, friends or neighbors; experience in in‑home care, group homes, senior communities, assisted living, nursing homes, etc.)
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and car insurance are required
