Job summary

TheKey in Plano, TX is urgently hiring caregivers to provide private in-home care for aging adults. Earn top pay rates of $15.50-$17.00 per hour, with flexibility across shifts and both full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (not counting family, friends or neighbors).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and car insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, transfers, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry and organizing.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, errands and shopping.
• Companionship: social and emotional support through activities.
