Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers in California for full- and part-time, in-home care positions. You will provide 1:1 personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship to aging adults in their homes, with scheduling flexibility and comprehensive training.

Earn top pay rates starting at $15.50 per hour, with potential for higher rates based on client needs. Weekly pay and mileage reimbursement are included, along with medical/dental/vision benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (in home care, group homes, senior communities, assisted livings, nursing homes, etc.)
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and car insurance are required

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist clients 1:1 with personal care, grooming, transfers and meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, errands, grocery shopping

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, transfers grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications
