Job summary

TheKey is hiring caring individuals to become caregivers for aging seniors across North America. You will provide in-home support, personal care, and companionship in clients’ homes.

We offer flexible schedules, highly competitive pay starting from $15.50–$17.00 per hour, weekly pay with daily pay options, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package. Join us to make a meaningful difference in your community.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold HCA Registration in California (we can help you obtain this upon hire).
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, errands, and shopping.
• Companionship: games, puzzles, and activities to provide social and emotional support.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals

• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications
