Job summary

TheKey is urgently hiring caregivers in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Join our team and earn $15.50-$17.00 per hour with flexible shifts, full-time or part-time options, and weekly pay.

We offer mileage reimbursement, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and paid training. As a caregiver, you’ll provide 1:1 in-home support including personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X‑ray.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, meals, grooming.
• Light housekeeping and errands.
• Provide transportation to appointments and shopping.
• Provide companionship and social support.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
