Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team in Atlanta/Buckhead. This part-time, hourly position involves providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors in Conyers, Georgia. The role requires working approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring individual to make a positive impact in seniors' lives.

Compensation & Benefits:

The caregiver will earn an hourly rate between $13 and $16, paid weekly. Opportunities for ongoing training, support, and career advancement are available within the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
2. Manage medications and monitor medical conditions
3. Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
4. Engage clients in activities to promote mental and physical health
5. Maintain a safe, clean environment, including light housekeeping
6. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
7. Follow care plans and document care accurately and promptly

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. At least 1 year of caregiving experience, preferably with seniors
3. CPR and First Aid certification
4. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
6. Problem-solving and time-management abilities
7. Ability to pass background and drug screenings
