Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Experienced Caregiver or CNA in Seneca, MO. The role requires Hoyer lift experience and weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 1 pm).

You will handle personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities, meals, light housekeeping, and mobility support. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, plus drug/background checks, are required.

Qualifications

• Hoyer lift experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must drive a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
