Job summary

Assisting Hands - Deerfield is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support so clients can remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes. You will offer companionship, personal care assistance, meal prep, and safety monitoring.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and comfort helping both male and female clients. Starting pay is $18–$19/hr with 12-hour shifts (8:00–8:00).

• 2+ years caregiving experience required.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Comfortable helping both male and female clients.
• Experience with personal care tasks.
• Bedbound experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – conversation, playing games, watching TV.
• Showering Assistance.
• Fall Prevention.
• Meal preparation.
• Medication reminders and light housekeeping.
