Job summary

Always Best Care Austin is seeking experienced caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for PRN shifts in the Austin area. The role spans light to more personal care, with flexible scheduling including weekends, overnights, and weekdays.

Caregivers provide companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, meal prep, and safe mobility support, with training provided and access to 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Need reliable transportation.
• Background check required.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• CNA, HHA, and CPR training a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation and meal preparation.
• Assist with personal care as needed (incontinence care, transferring, dressing, bathing).
• Deliver a wide range of services based on client needs.
• Support and communicate with clients and families to ensure comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services.

Schedules:

Flexible Schedule - available shifts to fit your schedule

• PRN -Flexible Hours

• Weekends

• Weekdays
