Cheer Home Care, LLC is hiring a Caregiver/Aide to provide compassionate non-medical home care to elderly and disabled clients in San Diego North County, Carlsbad. Duties include companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation, with 24/7 support from the office team.

The role supports patients with ADLs, mobility, and dementia-related needs, offering a flexible schedule, and benefits that include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour, 4 hours of overtime pay included

Shifts: Monday-Sunday, (7am-7pm) (7PM-7AM)

Location: San Diego North County, Carlsbad

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. On a typical day, your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.

• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.

• Dementia Care, Alzheimer’s Care, Parkinson’s Care, Hospice Care and more!

• Hourly and 24/7 Care.

• Light housekeeping and organization.

• Assisting with activities of daily living and dementia care

• Able to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support (up to 100-150 lbs)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Certifications preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED

• Reliable transportation to drive client in their vehicle (mileage reimbursement included)

• Must have a smartphone with internet access

Cheer Offers:

• Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
