Job summary

Cheer Home Care is actively hiring caregivers to provide compassionate non-medical home care to the elderly and disabled in San Diego North County. As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you’ll help with ADLs, companionship, transportation and light housekeeping, with shifts Mon-Sunday, AM/NOC.

The role offers hourly pay from $20 to $23, overtime included, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and support from a caring office team.

Qualifications

• Provide companionship, personal care, homemaking and transportation.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing and grooming.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; mileage reimbursement when driving clients.
• Certifications are preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, toileting, hygiene) and light meal prep.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments.
• Offer dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and hospice care as needed.
• Provide hourly care and 24/7 support as required.
• Light housekeeping and organization.

Shifts: Mon-Sunday, AM (7am-7pm) NOC (7pm-7am)

Requirements
