Job summary

Executive Home Care of Omaha is seeking part-time Experienced Caregiver Dayshift to provide essential one-on-one support for seniors across Omaha, NE. You will deliver companionship, assist with daily living activities, meal prep, transportation, and medication reminders to help clients maintain independence at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 20 years of age.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Fluent English.
• Must have a smartphone to use the WellSky app for timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and social interaction: Offer companionship, conversation, and daily routine structure.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Meal preparation and transportation: Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands.
• Medication reminders: Provide medication reminders and safe transfers.
• Health monitoring: Keep accurate care notes and report concerns.
