Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking an experienced CNA to deliver person-centered in-home care, including companionship and daily living support. You will work directly with clients in their homes and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure quality care.

REQUIREMENTS: current CNA certification and a compassionate, reliable approach. You will help with light housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders while maintaining professional communication and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience providing person-centered in-home care.
• Ability to engage clients with warmth and respect.

Responsibilities
