Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independently owned agency. You will provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders to clients in their homes.

We offer competitive pay of $22–$27 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and benefits including healthcare, AAA Advantage, and a 401(k). CNA is preferred but not required; valid First Aid/CPR, TB test, driver's license, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
