Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in California seeks compassionate caregivers to join our team providing in-home care to diverse clients. You’ll earn $20–$27 per hour, enjoy direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, plus time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays.

CNA certs are welcomed but not required, and travel beyond 10 miles is common. As a caregiver, you will offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, remind about medications, and build trust with clients, families, and

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
