The caregiver will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors in Conyers, Georgia. This individual contributor role will require the caregiver to work 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. Compensation & Benefits:
The caregiver will receive a competitive hourly pay ranging from $13 to $16, depending on experience. The caregiver will also be paid on a weekly basis. Additionally, the caregiver will have access to ongoing training and support from our experienced staff and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance to seniors in need, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
2. Administer medications and monitor medical conditions
3. Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
4. Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote mental and physical stimulation
5. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties
6. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
7. Follow care plans and document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner

Additional Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, preferably working with seniors
3. CPR and First Aid certification
4. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
