Job summary

TheKey, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in Stoughton, MA and surrounding areas. Earn $20–$22 per hour with full-time and part-time shifts across days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

You’ll provide personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping in clients’ homes, helping aging adults stay independent with dignity. Training and local management support are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:
