TheKey is currently hiring caregivers to support clients in Marlborough, MA, Hopkinton, MA, and Sudbury, MA. Earn TOP PAY RATES while building a meaningful career in a growing industry!

As a caregiver, you’ll provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation 1:1 inside clients’ homes, with flexible day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts and options for full-time or part-time work.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Mansioni

• As a caregiver, provide 1:1 personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Offer companionship through social engagement and activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organization in the client’s home.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
