• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility support for clients.
• Medication reminders and monitor health conditions as required.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in client’s health or behavior to the supervisor.
