Job summary

TheKey is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide private, in-home care for aging adults. Earn top pay rates starting at $20.00 per hour while joining a supportive team and growing a meaningful career in a rapidly expanding field.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, transportation, safety checks and personalized companionship in clients' homes. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, and benefits with employer support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and/or other cognitive impairments with 1:1 care.
• Provide cognitive & behavioral support with reminders, redirection and structure.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene and meals with respect and patience.
• Help maintain home safety, basic cleaning, laundry and organized spaces.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands including grocery shopping.
• Offer companionship through conversation, music, memory games and activities.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll support clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and/or other cognitive impairments with personalized, 1:1 care in the safety of their homes:

• Cognitive & Behavioral Support: Providing gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety
• Personal Care: Assisting with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
• Home Safety & Housekeeping: Helping maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: Offering conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs

Qualifications
