Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking experienced caregivers to deliver compassionate in-home support across the community. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders to help clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Requirements include at least 1 year of home care experience, HHA or CNA certification, and familiarity with Axis Care software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in home care.
• HHA or CNA certification required.
• Experience with Axis Care software required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Establish professional communication with clients, families and co-workers.
