Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking an Experienced CAD Operator to join our Land Development team in Rogers, Arkansas. The successful candidate will design and produce sets of plans for commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential projects, while implementing and managing AutoCAD drafting standards.

In this role you will develop technical drawings using CAD software, perform quality checks on complex drawings, and coordinate tasks to meet schedules.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
3+ years of relevant experience in CAD drafting for land development.
Proficient with Autodesk and Bentley CAD software; detail oriented and professional.
Strong communication, team player attitude, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Design and produce sets of plans for Land Development projects; implement AutoCAD drafting standards.
Develop technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
Quality check drawings of substantial complexity; perform related calculations as needed.
Coordinate work to maintain schedules and ensure quality control; may supervise CAD staff.
