Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on cabinet refacing or cabinetry installation experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and finish carpentry techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites.
• Professional, courteous demeanor when working in customers' homes.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites throughout the San Diego area.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinet refacing materials including veneers, RTf, and wood overlays on existing frames.
• Replace and install new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware.
• Measure, cut, and fit refacing materials with precision for a clean finish.
• Prep cabinet surfaces including cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to installation.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site throughout the project.
• Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe during and after installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fitting or alignment issues as they arise.
