Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on cabinet refacing or cabinetry installation experience.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and finish carpentry techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites.
Professional, courteous demeanor when working in customers' homes.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites throughout the San Diego area.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

Install cabinet refacing materials including veneers, RTf, and wood overlays on existing frames.
Replace and install new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware.
Measure, cut, and fit refacing materials with precision for a clean finish.
Prep cabinet surfaces including cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to installation.
Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site throughout the project.
Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe during and after installation.
Troubleshoot and resolve fitting or alignment issues as they arise.
