Job summary

PAZERA CABINETRY INC is seeking an experienced cabinet installer to lead custom millwork installations on residential and commercial projects. The role requires 5+ years in cabinet installation and the ability to read plans and use power tools safely.

You will prepare sites, install and troubleshoot millwork, communicate with clients and the office, and ensure clean, safe project completion at the end of each job.

Summary: Installs custom millwork by performing the following duties:

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Arrives at job location and prepares site for installation.
• Installs millwork for residential and commercial customers.
• Works with power tools to measure, cut and to install millwork.
• Repairs, installs, and troubleshoots in accordance with company guidelines.
• Communicates with customers and office as needed.
• Observes work in progress and follows all safety procedures including the wearing of personal safety equipment.
• Cleans up waste and leaves customer's site in as good or better condition than when job was started.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one year related experience as an installer in similar field, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret plans or layouts, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, and take measurements.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to diagnose complex problems and troubleshoot. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems.
