ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

We are seeking an experienced Finisher to work on a variety of visual projects in our high-volume department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in color matching, using various paint guns and techniques, and working on materials such as wood, metal, plastic, composites, and foam. Attention to detail in color, texture, and sheen is essential. You should be punctual, friendly, a good communicator, and able to maintain a clean workspace. Cross-training and teamwork are valued, and a passion for craftsmanship and a positive attitude are a must.

WHAT THE WORK ENTAILS

You will follow procedures to achieve desired finishes, including sanding, prep, masking, mixing and applying primers, sealants, and finishes. Operating painting tools, ensuring quality and safety standards, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines are key responsibilities. The role involves physical stamina, working with hand and power tools, and adhering to safety protocols, including PPE usage. Reliable transportation is required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a similar role, manufacturing, or shop environment
• Detail-oriented, accountable, with good time management
• Willingness to ask questions and learn
• Computer skills helpful but not mandatory
• Reliable transportation; driver’s license not required

OVERTIME

Flexibility to work overtime, including long days and weekends, as needed.
