What You'll Do
- Perform quality collision repairs, including bodywork, panel replacement, and structural repairs as needed
- Repair dents, dings, and other vehicle body damage using appropriate tools and techniques
- Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, trim, and other components
- Prepare vehicles for repair by removing damaged parts, trim, and accessories
- Perform metal finishing, body filling, sanding, and other surface preparation work
- Align and fit replacement panels to ensure proper gaps, fit, and finish
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications to ensure safe, accurate repairs
- Inspect completed work to verify quality, fit, and overall appearance
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
- Work efficiently with the collision repair team to meet production goals and repair timelines
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of automotive body repair or collision repair experience preferred
- Experience with collision repair techniques, bodywork, and panel replacement
- Familiarity with collision repair tools, equipment, and manufacturer repair procedures
- I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screening
