West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer in Des Moines, IA. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday, with hands-on installation of bathtubs, surrounds, and related plumbing while ensuring a 5-star customer experience.

You will load trucks, travel to homes, perform installations, and complete mentions of paperwork and payments. A valid driver's license, basic tool knowledge, and a willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsabilités

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, surround, and update plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

Position: Shower and Bath Installer Location: Des Moines, IA Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM

Purpose of Position:

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks


• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport


• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed


• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home


• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $20-$25 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
