West Shore Home is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer in Cleveland, OH. The role requires reporting to the site by 6:30 AM, traveling to customer homes, and performing safe replacement of baths/showers with new components while maintaining a clean work area and professional customer interactions.

The position offers full-time hours Monday through Friday with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Position: Shower and Bath Installer

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM

Purpose of Position:

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $18-$20 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
